About JUVISRAS

JUVISRAS is an online beauty and lifestyle retailer serving the United Arab Emirates. We exist for a simple reason: the brands people in the UAE actually search for are often the hardest ones to buy here without paying for international shipping, waiting weeks, or gambling on an unknown seller.

What we stock

Our range is built around brands with real demand rather than whatever is easiest to source. That currently means skincare and makeup from Rhode, Rare Beauty, Glossier, Hourglass, Refy and Haus Labs; eyewear and activewear from Vehla; cashmere accessories from KUJTEN; and a rotating selection of collectibles and drinkware.

On authenticity

Every product we sell is sourced from the brand or its authorised distributors. We do not sell replicas, and we do not sell products we cannot trace. In a market where counterfeit cosmetics are common, this is the part of the business we take most seriously — not least because fakes are made outside any safety testing regime.

Delivery across the UAE

We deliver to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and every other emirate. Delivery is free on every UAE order and arrives within 7–14 days — no shipping charges are added at checkout. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships. The full terms are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

If something is not right, you can return an unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery, free of charge. Cosmetics can only be returned unopened, for hygiene reasons. Refunds are processed within 1–10 business days — see the Return & Refund Policy.
