Return & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from JUVISRAS, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the product and its packaging remain in resellable condition. All returns are free of charge under these conditions.
Which products are eligible for return?
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in brand-new condition.
• Returned items must reach us within 15 days of the delivery date.
How to return a product?
Log in to your email and send a message to juvisrasuae@gmail.com with the following details:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return, quantity, and reason for return
• Your phone number for contact
Once your email is reviewed, we will provide a return label or return instructions for a free return.
Send the product(s) back to us along with your invoice, using the return shipping method within 7 days after receiving the return instructions.
When will the refund be processed?
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed and issued to your bank within 10 business days.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been completed.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank's processing time.
